Job Description We are currently looking for a primary care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our private practice in Mount Juliet, TN. Why Join Us? Adult-Focused Scope: Primarily adult patient panel (98% 18+) focusing on chronic disease, longevity, and weight loss. True Work-Life Balance: MF, 85 schedule with the last patient at 4:30 PM and virtually no call (only 12 times per year). Hybrid Flexibility: A modern workflow featuring 30% Telehealth and 70% in-person visits. Clinical Mentorship: Paid training for joint injections and biopsiesplus opportunities in aesthetics and weight loss. Focused Care: No precepting or teaching requirements; your sole focus is on high-quality patient relationships.
