Our client is looking for a leader for this role who is responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality management systems across manufacturing and operational functions.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Reports to Senior Manager of Engineer
• 1 Direct Report
• Serve as the technical leader for critical manufacturing and operational processes, driving standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide best practices that improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and long-term operational performance.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to evaluate, integrate, and optimize emerging technologies, automation solutions, and advanced manufacturing methods.
• Analyze complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process capability.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks and key operating metrics to support data-driven decision-making and alignment across locations.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering and operations teams, serving as a trusted resource for process improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Influence organizational change by building consensus, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving adoption of standardized practices across diverse operating environments.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• M+UST HAVE Sheet Metal Experience
• 5+ Experience in Process Engineering within the Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in Multi-Site Capital Deployment.
• Team Player
• Excellent Communication Skills
