Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a large acute-care hospital environment
• Float between two campuses as operationally needed, with one campus designated as primary
• Deliver emergency nursing care in alignment with facility protocols and department standards
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
• Adhere to strict background check standards and compliance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no adverse actions or hits on license
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active TNCC certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Must not be a current resident of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in high-volume or trauma-designated Emergency Rooms
• Familiarity with multi-campus health system environments
