Assistant To The Aquatics/Wellness Program Manager

Serves as the assistant to the aquatics/wellness program manager responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the aquatics department. Assists in coordinating and administering aquatic training/recertification curriculum to include lifeguarding, lifeguard instructor, and other safety and recreational training. Develops after-action reports of programs when required and assist with ensuring completion of safety incident reports. Assist with the arrangement of equipment, supplies and services needed to accomplish assigned functions, under the direction of the aquatics/wellness program manager. Makes recommendations for repairs/improvements and training in order to meet all department needs.
