We’re looking for a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you’ll perform a wide range of laboratory tests—both routine and complex—that directly impact patient care and outcomes. Your expertise ensures that providers receive accurate, timely results to guide critical treatment decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Perform and analyze laboratory testing with precision and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot equipment and testing issues, ensuring reliable results.

• Maintain quality control standards and uphold regulatory compliance.

• Serve as a resource for clinicians, providing insights into test results.

• Contribute to a supportive team by mentoring new staff and students.

• Stay current with the latest in laboratory science through continuing education.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related science field.

• Completion of an accredited clinical laboratory training program (or equivalent qualifications under CLIA).

• Eligible for ASCP MLS or categorical certification (certification required within 1 year of hire).

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
