In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred) Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
