Quick facts

• Location: Waukegan, IL
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay: $18.00–$23.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience and mechanical skill
• Flex: Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required during busy periods

• Do you enjoy figuring out how machines work and making them run smoothly?
• Are you dependable and collaborative in a fast-moving production setting?
• Can you lift up to 50 lbs. for materials and parts?
• Are you comfortable around industrial equipment and willing to learn?

What you will take on

• Operate and cross-train on multiple bindery, finishing, and mailing systems.
• Set up equipment to meet exact job specifications and quality standards.
• Load paper and components; monitor runs and make fine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot basics, clear jams safely, and swap parts as needed.
• Inspect output for accuracy and quality throughout each job.
• Keep the workspace organized and assist with related production tasks.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines.

What helps you succeed

• Mechanical inclination and willingness to learn setup and troubleshooting.
• Dependability and teamwork in a production environment.
• Experience with machinery, manufacturing, automotive, warehouse equipment, or similar is a plus.
• Printing/bindery/mailing background preferred but not required—training provided.
• Openness to overtime and occasional Saturday work during peak demand.
