Remote Patient Navigator

New paradigm staffing

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Patient Navigator to join New Paradigm Staffing , a healthcare staffing agency dedicated to matching compassionate talent with remote patient support opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding patients through their care journey. You’ll help coordinate services, remove barriers to care, and support patients with scheduling and follow-up needs — all while being mentored by experienced professionals.

What You’ll Do

Help patients understand care plans and next steps
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
Communicate with providers to support seamless care
Track patient progress and document updates
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and active listening skills
Empathy and a desire to assist patients
Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks
Comfortable working remotely and learning new systems
