Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Apple Therapy Services Location: Manchester, NH (Executive Health & Sports Center) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About Apple Therapy Apple Therapy is a fully locally-owned and operated company with six locations across Southern New Hampshire. At our Manchester Executive location, we operate in a high-energy environment within the Executive Health & Sports Center, focusing on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of our licensed Physical Therapists, you will play a critical role in executing treatment plans and helping our patients regain mobility and strength. Key Responsibilities Treatment Implementation: Deliver direct patient care by implementing therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities. Progress Monitoring: Observe and document patient status and progress, communicating findings clearly to the supervising Physical Therapist. Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on home exercise programs (HEPs), body mechanics, and injury prevention. Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, and Orthopedic Surgeons to ensure superior patient outcomes. Clinic Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, professional, and organized clinical environment. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Associate degree). Licensure: Active (or eligibility for) Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of New Hampshire. Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification. Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but New Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. We provide dedicated mentoring to help you build your caseload and clinical skills.
