Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)

A community-based hospital has engaged MLee Healthcare to recruit a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team. We seek licensed, well-skilled, highly productive team players to work with their program. Great organizational culture from the top down!

Job Type: Full - Time Night shift Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance Offered

Responsibilities:

• Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on psychological and cognitive status.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of oxygen concentrations and medication doses as they relate to patients of varying ages, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients.
• Formulates a goal directed plan of care which is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Experience: New Grads accepted. Acute care experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid Certificate to Practice Respiratory Care issued by the Tennessee Medical Board.
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• One year of experience is preferred
