Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Box Assembly Team Lead role in Vancouver, WA. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support box assembly team members to ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor productivity throughout the shift.
• Perform hands-on assembly of wood, metal, or custom packaging products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
• Train and mentor new employees on assembly processes, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Monitor material usage and communicate inventory needs to supervisors.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and work with production leadership to resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete production reports and accurately document production activities.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow.
• Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, and quality challenges to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience required.
• Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and experience with production documentation.
• Ability to motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment.
