Position is direct supervisor of hourly associates supporting quality activities.ResponsibilitiesSupports the maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system or a specific procedure, including management review, CAPA management, internal quality audits, quality self-assessments, change control, document control, and standard operating procedures/work instructions.Provide support on key regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits.Track, monitor, and report quality assurance metrics for the site.Monitor the training and development of site associates to ensure compliance to processes and regulationsBe a customer point of contact for QA related issues/initiatives as assigned.Partner with QA management to develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports.Meet regulatory requirements relevant to their operations on a daily basis.Ensure customer service and business standards requirements are met daily.Plan, conduct, and act upon inspection processes- Gemba; Standards Confirmation etc on a daily basis.Supervise, coach, and train hourly associates supporting quality assurance and control activities (e.g. Operators, QA Tech I, QA Tech II, etc)Other duties as assignedRequired Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree, preferredSome knowledge of QA, preferredPeople management experience, preferredSufficient computer application experienceStrong written and verbal communicationData analysis experienceTraining and facilitation skillsSelf managementDHL Supply Chain offers multiple benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Discounted Stock Purchase, 401K and a generous PTO policy.Our organization is an equal opportunity employer.
