Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $20-$30 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or clinic settings.

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA.

• Collect and record accurate session data.

• Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.

• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.

• Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training.

• Active RBT certification required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience working with children preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements.
