A leading professional services and information technology organization is seeking a Legal Invoice Review Quality Assurance Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Coppell, TX. This hybrid role focuses on legal invoice auditing, billing analysis, quality assurance, and appeals, giving a legal professional the opportunity to apply their expertise within a specialized business operations and technology environment. This is a great opportunity for a Juris Doctor who has hands-on legal billing experience and wants to move beyond traditional legal practice while still using their legal knowledge every day. You’ll review complex legal invoices, evaluate billing decisions, work directly with law firm vendors on disputed charges, and help improve the overall quality of the invoice review process. The role also offers exposure to client-facing appeals, legal operations, and process improvement, making it a strong fit for someone interested in the intersection of law, analytics, and business operations.
