Elite Sales Closer – Tax Relief

Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler team and looking for driven, coachable sales professionals who know how to build rapport, communicate with confidence, and close deals.

This is a 100% inbound sales role. No cold calling. Clients come to us seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues. As a Sales Closer, you'll take the time to understand their situation, explain how our services can help, and guide them toward a resolution that can meaningfully improve their financial situation.

What You'll Do

• Handle 100% inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
• Build trust quickly and create a calm, professional experience
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client's financial situation
• Clearly explain available tax resolution options and services
• Handle objections with empathy, confidence, and professionalism
• Close deals and guide clients through the next steps
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline effectively
• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales or inside sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle objections and close sales
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Coachable, motivated, and professional attitude

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• Full-time, in-office position (Chandler, AZ)
