Stretch Practitioner – Fitness & Wellness Location: Lakeway, TX
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible/open availability preferred, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

Stretch Zone Austin is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, dependable Stretch Practitioner to join our Lakeway team.

If you're passionate about fitness, movement, recovery, or helping people improve the way they feel every day, this could be a great opportunity to turn that interest into a career.

No previous stretching experience is required. We provide paid training and Stretch Zone certification to prepare you for the role.

Compensation & Benefits

• $14.50/hour base pay
• +$4.00 for every 30-minute stretch session performed
• Up to $22.50/hour when performing two stretch sessions in an hour

Example:
$14.50 hourly base + two 30-minute stretch sessions ($4 + $4) = $22.50 earned during that hour.

What You'll Do
As a Stretch Practitioner, you'll work one-on-one with members to help improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall quality of life.
You'll:

• Deliver one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretch sessions using Stretch Zone's patented stabilization system and proprietary protocols
• Help members improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, balance, and everyday movement
• Learn to recognize individual mobility needs and apply Stretch Zone protocols appropriately
• Build relationships with members and support their long-term wellness goals
• Educate and encourage members throughout their progress
• Create an exceptional experience that keeps members engaged and excited about their results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Collaborate closely with the Lakeway team and studio leadership
• Represent Stretch Zone with professionalism, positive energy, and excellent customer service

Experience or education in the following areas is a plus, but not required:

• Exercise Science
• Kinesiology
• Personal Training
• Athletic Training
• Physical Therapy
• Massage Therapy
• Yoga or Pilates
• Sports Medicine
• Health & Wellness
• Strength & Conditioning

• College students pursuing health, fitness, or exercise-related degrees
• Certified Personal Trainers, including NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, and NCSF

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

• Ability to perform hands-on work and remain active throughout the day
• Ability to successfully complete Stretch Zone's paid certification program
• Flexible availability based on studio needs
