Make a direct impact in education working as a full-time special education professional with expertise in WJV and WJIV assessments, specifically on the Spanish portion. This contract role is available for immediate start and will continue through the end of the school year, giving you the chance to collaborate with students across K-12 levels. You'll work districtwide, supporting schools with critical assessments, and help pave the way for student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid special education teaching credential
• Experience administering WJV and WJIV assessments, including the Spanish language sections
• Proficiency in Spanish for effective assessment delivery and communication
• Prior work with K-12 students in a school setting
• Strong organization and documentation abilities
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct WJV and WJIV assessments for students across various campuses, focusing on Spanish-language components
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and support teams to interpret assessment results and guide student instruction
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all district and state guidelines
• Adapt teaching and assessment approaches to meet the unique needs of a diverse student body
• Participate in meetings to review student progress and assessment outcomes
• Provide consultation and resources to fellow educators regarding special education best practices
