What You'll Do Lead and manage all day-to-day service department operations Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain top-performing service advisors and technicians Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service department profitability Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labor sales, effective labor rate, technician productivity, and CSI scores Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies, warranty procedures, and dealership standards Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Work closely with Parts, Sales, and Executive Leadership to achieve dealership objectives What We're Looking For Previous automotive service management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and customer relations skills Proven track record of improving departmental performance and profitability Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with dealership management systems and service department processes Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and success: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service Ongoing Training and Professional Development Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities within the Suntrup Auto Group Why Suntrup Buick GMC?
