Ignite Management is a franchise management group with multiple locations throughout Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming, and we are looking for experienced, high-performing General Managers to join our team. Even if this role isn't open here, we are accepting applicants for other stores.

Our General Managers lead all restaurant operations to ensure:

• High-quality products
• Outstanding customer service
• Consistent profitability

You'll run the day-to-day operations by:

• Managing staff, schedules, and labor costs
• Executing company policies, programs, and procedures
• Maintaining a clean, fully equipped, and well-maintained restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Leadership people:

• Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic, customer-focused team members
• Maintain proper staffing levels based on projected sales
• Build a positive environment full of teamwork, energy, and fun
• Take ownership of customer concerns and continuously improve operations

Financial management:

• Ensure food, labor, and controllable costs stay within budget
• Use the PROFIT System to analyze and correct deviations
• Protect company assets through proper inventory and maintenance
