Medical Practice Administrator

Genesis Age Management & Aesthetics is seeking an experienced part-time medical practice administrator / operations manager to help launch and operate a physician-led, concierge-type, cash-pay practice focused on longevity, age management, aesthetics, and hair restoration. We are looking for an experienced healthcare operator who can take ownership of projects, implement systems, coordinate, and ensure that priorities are completed. Responsibilities Manage practice launch and ongoing operational priorities Implement workflows, SOPs, and patient-management systems Coordinate staff, vendors, technology, equipment, and training Optimize the patient journey from inquiry through consultation, treatment, and follow-up Track leads, referrals, conversions, memberships, and key practice metrics Support marketing and business-development initiatives Provide a concise weekly operational report to the physician-owner Identify problems, recommend solutions, and ensure follow-through Ideal Candidate 3–5+ years of medical-practice management or healthcare operations experience Experience working directly with physicians or physician-owned practices Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Experience in cash-pay, concierge medicine, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, longevity, hormone health, or hair restoration is highly desirable Schedule Approximately 15–20 hours per week , with a combination of remote work and periodic on-site presence in Pearland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
