What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day workflow, ensuring teams understand their tasks and keep production "on the boil."
• Set priorities, goals, and timelines that align with our recipe for operational success.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills and boost performance.
• Oversee timekeeping and personnel records with accuracy and accountability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and personnel issueskeeping downtime and conflict off the menu.
• Act as the key link between frontline teams and upper leadership.
• Create and deliver performance reports that help drive business results.
• Recommend rewards, development opportunities, and corrective actions when needed.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal guidelines, and company policies.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in leading, training, and motivating teams.
• Solid understanding of company policies and relevant legal guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Diploma/Certificate in first-line management; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• High school diploma required.
