Description

• Conduct assessments of patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement effective physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional ability.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and exercises for home.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
