Boutique setting background a plus Job Responsibilities Understand and excel at meeting and exceeding sales expectations. Provide every client with exceptional service from start to finish. Cultivating relationships with new and existing clientele. Showcase expertise in fit, cut, fabrication, and embody the Gerard Darel way of styling. Ensure store standards are maintained and elevated (i.e. merchandising, visuals, shipment processing, cleanliness, inventory levels, stockroom organization, and safety) in accordance with company policy and procedures. Awareness of current fashion trends. Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming promotional opportunities. Executes promotional campaigns, product placement, and timely marketing strategies. Ability to work both as part of a productive team and independently. Maintains inventory reliability through accurate processing of register transactions (sales, returns, and exchanges), loss prevention standards and providing accurate information to clients. Proficient in POS systems, and possess excellent and clear communication skills. Capability to move objects (up to 50 lbs) while working on the selling floor and backroom. Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening and weekend shifts. Compensation We offer a seasonal clothing allowance package and employee discount.
