Position Overview The General Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients within a busy and supportive practice. This role offers a strong work-life balance with a four-day work week and shared call schedule, along with the opportunity to practice in a community-focused setting with access to RWJBarnabas Health’s extensive resources. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
