This role is perfect for someone who loves dogs, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a busy environment. Responsibilities: Greet customers and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings Manage client records and update pet information Handle payments and maintain accurate cash/credit transactions Communicate clearly with groomers about client needs and preferences Keep the front area clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with light administrative or cleaning duties as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or reception (pet industry a plus) Comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience preferred) Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit are a must!
