Entry Level Revenue Specialist

About the Role Insight Global is seeking someone detail-oriented and analytical to join our Revenue Department within our AR Billing. Invoicing, or Verifications/Auditing Teams. These roles play a critical part in supporting the company's revenue cycle by ensuring accurate billing, collections, account maintenance, reporting, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and problem-solving are key to success. What You'll Do Support daily revenue operations including billing, invoicing, payment application, collections, account maintenance, and reconciliation activities. Review financial data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and client requirements. Research and resolve client account discrepancies, billing issues, payment delays, and other revenue-related exceptions. Partner with sales teams, clients, payroll, finance, and internal stakeholders to provide timely solutions and support. Maintain accurate records, reporting, and account information within internal systems. Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy. Meet department service-level agreements, productivity goals, and deadlines. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiencies. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in finance operations, billing, collections, accounts receivable, revenue operations, customer support, shared services, or related fields. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
