Our organization is looking to recruit a skilled BC/BE Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice in Auburn, CA.

The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and managing family medicine patients, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic care for a growing patient base. Additionally, there will be occasional coverage for other healthcare providers, along with supervising advanced practice clinicians. The on-call schedule includes up to 2-3 months of primary phone call duties, followed by an additional 4 months of backup call for APCs. Participation in bi-annual after-hours dinner meetings is also a requirement. Patient care is organized into two daily blocks of 3.5 hours, with 30-minute administrative periods at the end of each morning and afternoon session.

• Annual compensation of $260,000 for full-time (39 hours per week)

We are affiliated with an Independent Practice Association (IPA) that includes over 500 top private practice physicians linked with a major health system. Our physicians provide both primary and advanced specialty care, serving more than 100,000 patients across Placer, Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo counties. Our mission is to collaborate with independent practices to deliver efficient, innovative, and high-quality healthcare in the Sacramento Valley.

• The team consists of 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians.

• Average patient load is 10-13 patients per day.
