Job Details:
Job Title: Human Resources Assistant 3
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6+ months

Basic Qualifications:  
*) Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or a high school diploma and 6 years related experience.
*) Knowledge and previous Human Resource experience, specifically as it relates to Pre-Employment Investigations (PEI)
*) Strong customer service, problem solving, and technology skills
*) Broadband internet access at home with experience using web-based tools and websites to complete actions or troubleshoot issues
*) Computer literate; current on new technology such as MS 365 and Microsoft Teams
*) Strong verbal and written communication skills
*) Effective listening, reading and comprehension skills

Preferred Qualifications:
*) Knowledge and previous human resource experience in onboarding, staffing, recruiting, and pre-employment investigations (PEI).
*) Experience working in an HR Service Center environment.
*) Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management skills
*) Confident phone presence and exceptional customer service skills.
*) Prior experience using Workday.
*) Prior experience using Amazon Connect.
*) Prior experience using ServiceNow.
