Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Garner

Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• Masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification required
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a treatment team
• Proficiency with systems such as Central Reach

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
• Train paraprofessional staff on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans
• Work under the direct supervision of our Executive Director and Clinical Director
• Bring strong organization, self-motivation, flexibility, positivity, and teamwork to the role

We are Heartlinks ABA, a growing multi-state ABA provider owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018.
