Licensed Practical Nurse - LPNLPN assumes resident services, oversees day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide nursing care to patient's as assignedAssist the Resident Services Coordinator in supervising house cleaning and laundryAssist in managing and monitoring the delivery of all resident services including: personal care, medications, health careAssist the Resident Service Coordinator in implementing the Service Management System, focusing on resident services deliveryAdministers and records medications and treatments as assigned.Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and developing resident service staff. Order and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and supplemental services for residentsAssist in providing routine care, observe patients' health, assist doctors and registered nurses, and communicate instructions to patients regarding medication, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changesObtain a documented report from any private aid/home health working with a residentReport and document any changes in patient/resident's condition to the Doctor and AdministratorPrepares for and assist Physicians and others with diagnostics and treatmentsAssist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patientsObserve and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)Records on patient charts observation of patient's responses to nursing care renderedMaintain environmental conditions conductive to the comfort and safety of patientsExperience:RN/LPN: 1 year (Preferred)License:RN/LPN (Required)Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off
