Job Description Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP as the sole Accounts payable person for a growing, multi-entity organization. This role will serve as the primary AP resource, supporting several companies across multiple states and playing a key role in ensuring timely, accurate vendor and tax payments. This position is working fully in office. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits Key Responsibilities · Process full-cycle accounts payable for multiple companies · Handle intercompany AP transactions · Manage weekly expense reports (approx. 50 per week) · Process and submit quarterly income tax payments accurately through online portals · Reconcile AP activity and resolve discrepancies · Support credit card transactions and reconciliation · Assist with AP-related system automation initiatives · Perform light clerical and administrative tasks You are a great fit if: · 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred · Experience handling multi-entity and intercompany AP · Strong attention to detail, especially with tax and online payments · Great Plains experience a plus This position is a contract to hire opportunity that can pay $28/hr-$31/hr depending on resume and experience.
