If you're passionate about consumer products, e-commerce, and high-growth start-ups, keep reading!Ruggable is looking for Maintenance Technicians who are responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production output.Experience supporting digital printing systems is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience maintaining large-format printers, CNC equipment, automated sewing machinery, or similar industrial systems are encouraged to apply. This position may be filled at a mid-level or senior level depending on experience and technical capability.Equipment Maintenance & TroubleshootingPerform preventative maintenance on digital textile printers, CNC cutting systems, sewing machines, compressors, and related production equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (including 3-phase power), pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsTroubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and restore operations quicklyConduct operational testing and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performanceSupport installation, modification, and improvement of new and existing machineryFacility Systems SupportMaintain compressed air systems, HVAC filtration, lighting, and other facility infrastructureAssist in maintaining a safe and clean work environmentDocumentation & Continuous ImprovementUtilize CMMS software (e.g., UpKeep) to track work orders and preventative maintenance tasksMaintain spare parts inventory and support monthly countsParticipate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesFollow and enforce all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocolsSenior-level technicians may also:Lead complex diagnostics and equipment troubleshootingMentor and train junior techniciansSupport reliability initiatives and downtime reduction strategiesDigital Printing Maintenance (Preferred Experience)Support maintenance and troubleshooting of large-format digital printing systemsPerform print head maintenance, monitor ink delivery systems, and maintain tension systemsPartner with production teams to reduce recurring print-related downtimeWhat You'll Need to Have:Required:2+ years of industrial maintenance experience5+ years preferred for senior-level considerationStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematicsAbility to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionallyAbility to stand, walk, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsComfortable working in a moderate-to-loud manufacturing environmentOccasional exposure to equipment vibrationPreferred:Experience with 3-phase electrical systems and motor controlsDigital printing equipment maintenance experienceFamiliarity with CNC equipment, automated machinery, or textile manufacturing environmentsExperience using CMMS systems such as UpKeepHigh School Diploma or GEDForklift CertificationElevated Platform / Scissor Lift CertificationLockout/Tagout TrainingFirst Aid & CPRExperience with Zund cutting systems or industrial sewing equipmentDetails:$25.00 - $30.00/hr2 Shifts Available:B Shift (M-Th, 5 PM to 5:30 AM)C Shift (Fri, Sat, Sun - 5 AM to 5:30 PM)At Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
