SAP Logistics Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Data Migration Specialist to support data migration activities for SAP implementations. This role involves identifying and mapping legacy data, supporting data cleansing, executing migration rehearsals, and providing post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Logistics Execution (LE), data management, and migration processes. Key Responsibilities Identify and map legacy data for migration to SAP systems. Support data cleansing efforts to ensure data quality and readiness. Execute migration rehearsals, cutover tasks, and post-go-live support activities. Perform preload and post-load validation of migration results. Handle fallout data and advise on data cleansing requirements. Prepare and execute data migration runbooks and cutover plans. Analyze and reconcile data to ensure completeness and accuracy of migration. Provide consulting support to business stakeholders throughout the migration process. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent). Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP data migration projects. At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations. Strong background in SAP LE with knowledge of LE-WM and Transportation processes. Experience working with LE master and transactional data. Proficiency in using standard LSMWs and executing data migration tasks. Strong understanding of SAP tables, master data, and transactional data fields. Experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and validation. Excellent consulting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in business-facing consulting roles.
