Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab Coverage
Perform Pre-Procedure Assessments
Perform Scheduled Electrophysiology Procedures
Remain Available as Clinically Appropriate During Post-Procedure Recovery
Perform Catheter Ablations Based on Experience, Skill Set, and Credentials
Perform Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device Procedures Based on Experience, Skill Set, and Credentials
Limited Outpatient Clinic Coverage May Be Available Based on Operational Needs and Provider Availability
Outpatient Responsibilities May Include New and Follow-Up Consultations
Review ECGs
Interpret Cardiac Monitors
Review Implanted Cardiac Devices
Required Procedures / Skills
Cardiac Electrophysiology Procedures
Catheter Ablation Experience - Preferred
Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device Procedure Experience - Preferred
Procedural Responsibilities May Be Tailored Based on Provider Experience, Skill Set, and Credentials

Requirements
Board Certified - Required
Active Maryland Medical License - Required at Time of Application
Active Maryland License Must Be in Hand for Consideration
IMLC Accepted
DEA Registration - Required
Maryland CSR License - Required
ACLS - Required
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience - Required
Credentialing
