Home Health Education Specialist - Referral & Outreach
FALCON HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE
Magnolia Home Health - Waco, TX is seeking a Home Health Education Specialist to expand reach by building strong relationships with referral sources, educating the community, and representing Magnolia Home Health with professionalism and compassion. You will collaborate with clinical teams, manage referrals, and drive awareness of home health services through community events and presentations.
A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–3 years in sales/marketing
