Contract Length: 6 Months (Potential for Extension or Direct Hire)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Compensation: $20 to 22/hour + Optional Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Order Entry Clerk to support daily purchasing operations through accurate purchase order entry and administrative support.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in computer systems, and enjoys data entry and administrative coordination. Previous purchasing or buyer experience is not required training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process purchase orders within company systems
• Review purchase order information for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and update purchasing records and documentation
• Verify data and identify discrepancies prior to processing
• Support internal teams with purchasing-related administrative tasks
• Ensure timely and organized entry of purchasing information
• Assist with tracking orders, records, and purchasing data as needed

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous data entry or administrative experience
• Prior office or purchasing-related experience is a plus, but not required
