MLR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, playing a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
Key Responsibilities for a Med Tech:
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and blood bank.
- Analyze test results, validate data, and ensure accuracy and precision.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibrations and quality control checks.
Qualifications for a Med Tech:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Current ASCP certification (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
