Legal Case Manager

Peace Over Violence is seeking a legal case manager that has a demonstrated interest in working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment with other attorney, paralegal and advocate staff, who employ a holistic approach to legal services: one which values survivor empowerment, provide trauma informed care, support and resources via 24- hour hotline, follow up and advocacy. The Legal Case Manager will work under the direction of the Managing Attorney assisting clients in family law matters, duties include direct client contact, preparing and filing family law matters and Restraining Order as well as Immigration matters. This position requires consistent communication with clients and the monitoring of caseloads and hearing dates from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have a sincere interest in public interest law.
