Clinician - PACT

Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) (Mobile position in the communities surrounding Bedford, MA) Salary: $65,000 annually for license-eligible clinicians Higher rates for licensed & independently licensed Clinicians Schedule:Schedule: M-F 8:30-4:30 / with one weekend day shift per month Who You Are: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required At least one year of behavioral health experience required; two years preferred Experience working with adults with serious mental illness, co occurring substance use disorders, and/or complex behavioral health needs preferred Clinical licensure or license eligibility preferred Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What You Will Do: As a PACT Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing recovery oriented, person centered mental health services to adults with serious mental illness and complex behavioral health needs. Most services are provided in individuals’ homes and throughout the community. Key responsibilities include: Conducting clinical assessments and providing individual and group interventions Developing individualized, recovery oriented treatment plans Providing crisis intervention, assertive outreach, and support to help prevent hospitalization when clinically appropriate Helping individuals build skills and independence with housing, appointments, budgeting, transportation, relationships, and daily living Supporting individuals with co occurring mental health and substance use needs Coordinating care with the PACT team, hospitals, community providers, and natural supports Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation Participating in daily team meetings, shared caseload responsibilities, and on call and holiday coverage rotations Who We Are: A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community.
