Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and lead the evolution of DeleteMe’s platform. This is a hands‑on role, you'll be writing code and making architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and worker orchestration systems. You’ll be expected to leverage AI‑assisted development as a core part of how you work. Responsibilities Design and build across the full stack: frontend, backend, and worker orchestration systems Write production‑quality code, leveraging AI‑assisted development as a core part of your workflow Collaborate with the engineering team to translate business requirements into technical solutions Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and systemic risks Experience 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of making and owning architectural decisions Strong hands‑on experience across frontend, backend, and distributed/worker orchestration systems Comfortable writing production‑quality code every day, not just reviewing it Experience leveraging AI‑assisted development tools What We Offer Comprehensive health benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental 401k matching 20 days paid time off 15 sick days 12 company‑paid holidays Childcare expense reimbursement Fitness and cell phone reimbursement Birthday time off Benefits and eligibility may vary based on role, employment status, and other factors. $175,000 - $180,000 a year The pay range listed reflects our good‑faith estimated base salary, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location.
