Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders specifically for infusion therapies
• Oversee preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications
• Ensure compliance with USP and standards for sterile compounding
• Provide clinical support and drug information to pharmacy staff and patients
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflow and uphold patient safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
• Recent infusion or home infusion pharmacy experience required
• Strong sterile compounding skills with familiarity in USP and guidelines
