Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, implement, and adjust PT treatment plans for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide therapy across orthopedic, neurological, developmentally delayed pediatric, and musculoskeletal conditions; include pelvic health therapy, hydrotherapy, and dry needling as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and medical staff, to coordinate patient care.
- Deliver patient and family education, document progress, and communicate changes to the care plan.
- Support services across inpatient hospital care, inpatient nursing home care, outpatient clinics, home care visits, and local school visits as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record, ensure safety and infection control, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Experience in a busy therapy department with both inpatient and outpatient services.
- Ability to provide pelvic health therapy, hydrotherapy, and other modality-based care as part of comprehensive PT.
- Comfort delivering patient services across inpatient, outpatient, home care, and school-based settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; proficient in documentation and patient education.
- Current PT license in good standing and eligibility to practice per state regulations (Montana preferred for this assignment) and ability to participate in travel assignments.
- Availability for a 13-week assignment starting 10/05/2026 and the ability to work within a day shift schedule.
