Overview Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Nashua, NH. Travel assignment starting 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,095–$2,130 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night, 3x12‑hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Setting: hospital‑based Med Surg Tele unit. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,095–$2,130 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night, 3x12‑hour shifts (7 pm–7 am) Start date: 08/03/2026 Client may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 weeks Responsibilities Assess patients on admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current status, vital signs, lab work, imaging and other diagnostic tests. Collaborate with physicians to plan and implement a written care plan and provide ongoing assessment and adjustment of care. Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in the Med Surg Tele setting; monitor, administer medications, perform treatments, and respond to changes in condition. Communicate effectively with the care team and document care in the medical record; provide education to patients and families. Ensure patient safety, infection control, and quality of care; participate in discharge planning and care transitions as needed. Support shift handoffs and adhere to unit protocols for telemetry monitoring and pain management.
