Specialty Care CoordinatorJoin True Rx Health Strategists as a Specialty Care Coordinator! True Rx Health Strategists is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Specialty Care Management team as Specialty Care Coordinators. In this pivotal role, you'll play a vital part in providing empathetic support to patients, collaborating with our team, and ensuring seamless coordination of patient care through our specialty medication programs.Work in office: 40%; Work from home: 60%What You'll Do:Patient-Centric Support:Accurately provide information to patients, pharmacies, providers, and relevant parties regarding specialty medication programs, procedures, and benefit plan designs.Assist Specialty Care Managers in delivering empathetic and compassionate care, guiding patients through medication obtainment, specialty prior authorizations, and available resources.Efficient Coordination:Maneuver efficiently through various computer programs to retrieve information while caring for patients or assisting team members.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve patient or client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.Documentation and Ownership:Maintain detailed electronic records of each interaction, documenting actions taken to navigate the specialty medication process.Take ownership of patient issues, following requests through to completion and resolving problems in a timely fashion.Continuous Improvement:Learn and retain benefit plan designs and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) knowledge.Adapt easily to constant change, internalizing new procedures or policies with an open and receptive mindset.What You Bring:High School graduate (some college preferred) or 3+ years of experience in customer service, patient care, or case management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.Ability to multitask, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with current HIPAA rules and regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.True Rx Health Strategist Benefits:Path to Wellness: Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance, Health Savings Account, and Wellness Incentives for a balanced life.Financial Fitness: 401k Matching and Employer-Provided Life Insurance to secure your future.Work-Life Harmony: Flex Time, Hybrid/Fully Remote Work, Paid Time Off, and 8 Paid Holidays for a well-rounded lifestyle.Our Story: We've been pharmacy innovators since the Wright Brothers took flight.
