Job Title: Learning & Development Operations Coordinator Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 12 months Pay Range: $(28.16-29.62)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Hybrid: Mon - Thurs onsite, Fri remote Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum required years of experience: 2 Education requirements: No Top must-have skills include the following: Strong attention to detail and follow-through Administrative asst, event planning, HR Operations, don’t need L & D experience (don’t want content creators) Pick up technology quickly Nice to Have skills Looking for someone who has worked in a team environment and is able to work well within a collaborative environment Self starting is needed Airtable, case management systems (ServiceNow) Campaign Monitor Software Requirements LMS experience (Workday Learning is preferred) Previous Client/industry experience preference: Nice to have What 2-3 traits does the successful person in the role have? Trustworthy, collaborative, and team player, organized Additional Information Interviewers: 1st round with HM, 2nd round with a panel of team members (1or 2 people) # of Rounds: 2 Duration of Interview: 45 mins Who We're Looking For The Learning & Development Operations Coordinator supports the program delivery and administration of programs and experiences that reflect the client’s culture and inspire connection. The ideal individual is comfortable owning repeatable, day-to-day operational activities, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for learners and partners. 2 years of experience in operations, event planning & coordination, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training Confident using technology and communication tools, including Workday Learning, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, and ServiceNow, as part of daily work Strong attention to detail and follow-through Team player who builds & maintains trusted, productive working relationships with stakeholders & partners. What You Will Work On: You’ll execute the day-to-day operations that bring the client’s learning programs to life. Your work ensures programs are delivered smoothly and consistently. Coordinates and supports delivery of learning experiences Collects, validates, and maintains content and participant data in Workday Learning Executes session communications to facilitators and participants through Campaign Monitor Maintains accurate program data in Airtable Monitors & responds to employee requests through ServiceNow Resolves routine administrative issues & escalates risks appropriately Supports finance and vendor administration activities, including invoicing & new purchase orders Who You will work with This role sits within the client’s HR’s Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem, a team that strengthens leadership and capability across the enterprise.
