A reputable barbershop in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barber and must possess excellent customer service skills. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. Responsibilities Greet clients and provide consultations to determine their desired haircut or grooming service Provide haircuts shaves beard trims and other grooming services according to clients preferences Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and workstations Ensure all clients are satisfied with their services and address any concerns or complaints Keep up-to-date with current hairstyles and trends in mens grooming Promote and sell products to clients to maintain their hair at home Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales Adhere to all health and safety standards Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barber Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of various hair types styles and techniques for cutting trimming shaving etc Up-to-date knowledge of mens grooming trends Must have own tools clippers scissors etc Biometric passport or proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required We welcome applicants from all backgrounds including Pakistani or African nationalities.
