About the Position As the Real Estate Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing the life cycle of senior living development projectsfrom initial concept through design, entitlements, construction, and final delivery. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role that requires a strategic thinker and an effective collaborator. Youll work closely with internal departments and external partnersincluding architects, engineers, contractors, and local municipalitiesto bring each community to life, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards .
