QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION WORKER

• Minimum 1 year of valid quality experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow processes, safety procedures, and instructions consistently
• Good manual dexterity, physical stamina, and physical strength to meet the physical demands typical of this position
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working on ladders, planks, and roofs
• Ability to work respectfully and efficiently as part of a team
