Operations Manager

Lead a team of operations employees and ensure the operations and safety of everyone within your area Ensure all employees are adequately trained to identify hazards and safely carry out duties Deliver reliable business results Conduct annual review of operating procedures and assist in developing new procedures as needed Lead risk and incident management programs Develop/coordinate budgets, plans and forecasts; conduct regular cost analysis Cascade relevant safety-related communications to the local operations team members Promote and propose optimization efforts to capitalize on efficient and safe use of physical facilities Maintain a consistent and regular presence at work sites to supervise and audit critical safety procedures Requirements High school diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in processing plants, gathering, NGL/petrochemical and transmission pipelines, or other related experience Bachelor's degree preferred Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills Must possess valid State Driver's License and clean driving record Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in operations management, prioritizing safety and efficiency while overseeing team training and compliance.
