- Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects
- Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
- Exceptional time management skills
- Coachable and open to structured training
- Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based commission opportunities
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Required: lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, sitting, squatting, typing, speaking
- Paid training as a pre-requisite to becoming an employee at Stretch Zone
